Absolutely!! We ship to government locations and military bases all over the world using USPS. The maximum weight is 70 lbs. We accept US government POs and credit cards. Shipping times vary by location, so check with www.usps.gov for delivery times. Do not use Bongo, our international freight forwarding partner for APO/FPO addresses. | |

Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. | |
What is the return policy? | |
We offer a thirty(30) day money back guarantee on most items. Clearance and closeout items can be returned for store credit. We do not pay for return postage, or refund the original postage. Returned items must be returned with their original packaging using a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items sent COD or without postage will be returned to the sender. Please send an email to [email protected] to get an RMA prior to sending the item(s).
