TheraSnow™ (sodium polyacrylate) is a food grade polymer that has the ability to absorb 200 to 300 times its mass in water or fluid. TheraSnow is a non-toxic fun and creative way to create a unique sensory and therapeutic experiences. Create a hot or cold environment for full Range-of-Motion exercises. The deeper into the snow, the more resistance. More water in the container equals more water weight. Resistance is proportional to the amount of snow. Great for making cost effective hot and cold compresses too. Add water to the Snow in a ziplock bag until it gets to a gel like substance. It can be microwaved, chilled or frozen (add a small amount of rubbing alcohol to the mix).
