Description

Economy Wood Ruler

The wooden ruler by Charles Leonard is an excellent ruler to buy for your child's school supplies. As the name suggests, Economy Wood Ruler is less expensive than plastic and metal rulers, saving you money.

This is a product that every school-going child should have. A ruler is an essential item for students, and Economy Wood Ruler performs just as well as more costly plastic and metal rulers.

The 12 inch ruler is made of high-quality selected woods. The wood is durable, and won't break easily under pressure. The ruler is reasonably supple, and features pencil grooves that help with measurement. The single metal edge allows the ruler to be used with stronger and sharper objects without getting dented. The school ruler is 1-1/8" wide and 5/32" thick, which allows for optimum comfort during use.

The ruler is double-beveled and easy to hold. The smooth finish of the ruler ensures that it sits perfectly straight on paper and flat surfaces. Raised calibration shows 1/16" units on one edge, millimeters on the other. The ruler is made of toxic-free materials and is perfectly safe to be used by students of any age!

1 of 5 Charles Leonard Rulers - Science September 14, 2017
Reviewer: Lori Riddle from Dallastown High School
Using the rulers today, a student noticed some of the millimeter marks between each centermeter were missing.  Between the odd numbered centimeters, there are only 8 dashes, not none - so a millimeter is missing.  Horrible for science.  If you are using to draw straight lines they might be fine.  For science, they are pointless - I threw mine out today.
